Lead times on orders

We have 8-10 working day lead time on all items with no personalisation.

For all personalized orders,we have 8-14 working day lead time,excluding the shipping time.

Pre-order items have a lead time of 2 weeks.

If your order is urgent,please kindly contact us directly before ordering to see if we can accommodate your deadline.

Local Shipping Procedure

Local shipping within South Africa is charged at a flat rate of R160.

You will receive an email(if you have selected this option) as soon as your order has been shipped.The email will include a tracking number and link to where you can track your order.

Delivery lead time is one-three working days,with the exception of outlying areas which may go up to five working days.

At Soigné we make use of The Courier Guy(majority of the time,not exclusively) to ship all our packages.They are one of the most recognised and well-known courier services in South Africa and offer a great service.Once your package has been handed over to them and checked into their facility it is out of our control and they will be responsible for delivery to you. Soigné is not responsible if your order has not been delivered by the estimated date once we have handed your parcel over to our courier service.If there is a delay in the delivery( due to strikes etc.) there will not be refunds,nor is Soigné responsible for any theft,lost or damaged parcels.We unfortunately have no control over a parcel that is with a 3rd party(courier).

Collection

We do offer collection for people around Cape Town. Collection arrangements can be made through our Whatsapp number.

After you have placed your order online,you will receive confirmation of your order.The usual time frames for your order will apply excluding shipping.Once your is ready for collection,you will be contacted by The Soigne team to arrange collection by appointment in advance based on availability.Please note the full address will be disclosed in this message.

International Shipping Procedure

We ship internationally using DHL or Aramex.

Please allow up to 10-15 working days for your order to arrive.

Packages may incur delays and/or additional taxes and duties when shipped to countries outside of South Africa.

Soigne makes every effort to ensure a smooth delivery however we do not take responsibility for any delays and/or additional taxes and duties charges that may be applied via customs and duty offices in the receiving country.

As the recipient,you are liable for all import taxes,duties and local sale taxes applied by the country you are shipping to.Payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival.
